Terms and Conditions of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | Last Updated: August 2026

By visiting, registering for, or using the website Chaturbate, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Multi Media, LLC. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in full, you are strictly prohibited from accessing our services.

1. Absolute Age Requirement (18+)

Chaturbate is strictly restricted to legal adults. You must be at least 18 years of age (or 21 years of age in jurisdictions where the legal age of majority exceeds 18) to access, view, or participate in live webcam streams. Access by minors is strictly monitored, blocked, and reported.

2. Virtual Tokens and Financial Tipping

Tokens represent non-refundable digital vouchers used exclusively within the Chaturbate network to tip broadcasters, unlock goal menus, or engage in private shows. Tokens hold no cash value outside the platform and cannot be exchanged back for fiat currency by non-performer viewers.

3. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Content

Users and broadcasters agree to maintain a safe, consensual environment. The following acts result in immediate account termination and IP ban:

• Any non-consensual behavior or broadcasting involving unverified individuals.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or illegal solicitation in public chat rooms.
• Recording, copying, or distributing performer live stream feeds without express written consent.
• Attempting to bypass geoblocking settings or system security filters.

4. Intellectual Property & DMCA Notice

All software, branding, audio-visual stream formats, logo assets, and custom UI components are owned by Chaturbate. Performers retain ownership of their individual live content while granting the platform a worldwide broadcast license during live streaming sessions. DMCA takedown requests can be submitted via legal channels.

5. Limitation of Liability

Chaturbate provides all live video channels on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for user-generated chat messages or temporary network downtime.
